At Engrave Zone, we take great care in crafting personalized, high-quality engraved products just for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right with your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the item. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

We’ll gladly assist you if:

  • Your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your request is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-engraved products with incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • Change-of-mind returns for personalized items.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


Refunds

We issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be tracked.

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We made an engraving mistake that differs from the details you provided.

How Refunds Work:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Cancellations & Order Changes

We begin production as soon as you place your order, so changes and cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of ordering.


Shipping Issues

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we’re not responsible for shipping carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages. Please double-check your shipping details before ordering.
